Sometimes what causes anxiety attacks might also have to do with nutritional deficiencies, such as being low on magnesium, or either zinc. That study is being debated and talked about because they are not sure yet.
When a person is having anxiety attacks then they should seek professional help either from a doctor, or therapist to figure out how they can help them, and if the patient should be on any kind of medication. Not all patients with anxiety attacks need medication, but some of them do. Ongoing therapy is also usually recommended for ones that suffer with it a lot, or even just mild attacks because with therapy it can help with learning how to control or stop them all together.
